They can be a terrific benefit to any look, but applying fake eyelashes properly takes a bit practice to do properly until you are used to it. It is not that they technique is particularly difficult, just that handling them and having the end result look natural can be real challenge.

False eyelashes of today are considerably easier to use than those of the past. They are carefully designed to blend better. Of course the higher quality you choose the more success you will have.

First you want to start with good fake eyelashes. You will also need tweezers, glue and finally curlers.

You use the glue or other adhesive to apply the eyelashes to the eyes. The exact procedure will vary from brand to brand. As with everything, practice makes perfect.

After the glue has dried you will want to go back and curl them and apply mascara.

If you are likely to want to wear fake eyelashes on a daily basis you may consider opting for semi-permantent lashes instead. These are ideal for those who need them to stay in longer than a single application. In this case it is best to consult with and have them applied by a professional.

While wearing fake eyelashes, some people choose to also use an eyelash stimulator and/or conditioner. This will facilitate the natural growth and thickening of your own lashes so that the falsies may no longer be required and you can be done with the hassle of applying fake eyelashes altogether.
